Slender Fit Double Glazed Units allows you to have the traditional Wooden Sash Windows fitted with a thin Double Glazed Unit. The 6 mm perimeter seal which includes the Warm Edge Spacer of the Slender Fit Unit enables them to be glazed into a 7mm deep glazing back rebate. These bespoke units can also be installed to the existing wooden frames to reduce costs. When compared against single glazing the Slender Fit units can reduce the heat loss over 75% and it can achieve u-value as low as 1.2 depending on the type of Gas used.

By using and maximizing the latest technology it is possible to construct a Double Glazed unit with a very small cavity or space between the glasses, the cavity is then filled with a gas to obtain U-Values to comply with Building Regulations.

Slender Fit Double Glazed Units are offered in several configurations for example constructed with a 4mm clear outer pane with a selected cavity of 4mm, 6mm or 8mm, the wider cavity, increases the insulation, with selected cavity insulating inert gas, argon and krypton which only performs in smaller cavities, and inner pane of 4mm Low Emissivity glass.

We can also offer a Unit at only 9mm Overall thickness 3mm Opti White/3mm Spacer warm edge spacer is available in Black/White/3mm Opti White k

The emissivity coating is on the inside face into the cavity and reflects the long wave radiation or heat back into the room. The warm edge technology perimeter spacer incorporated, ensures insignificant differential insulation value between edge and center of glass.

We have now launched our New Duplex System Slim Double Glazed Unit.

This maybe the only Duplex system on the market that will fit into a slim back rebate, We construct the unit using the same methods as on our other slim units so all the benefits remain the same and we still can achieve the required low U-Value.

Our System will allow Timber Stick on Bars to be as narrow as 12ml The Flexible Spacers Bars allows the Timber stick on bars to any shape.

The Duplex system saves you money by it being one unit instead of individual Units.
